    We are looking for a dynamic and versatile candidate, capable of excelling in the overall management of office activities. This role requires a proactive and organized person, capable not only of coordinating meetings and effectively managing the purchase of daily materials, but also of supervising safety provisions, managing appointments and ensuring a warm welcome to guests.The selected candidate will also have administrative responsibilities, including managing incoming invoicing accounting, managing supplier relationships and supporting the internal team.
    • Coordinate and organize daily office activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
    • Supervise inventories of materials and office supplies, ensuring that all necessary resources are always available.
    • Offer a friendly and professional welcome to visitors.
    • Accurately manage monthly accounting, including incoming invoicing and expense tracking, to maintain effective financial control.
    • Provide human resources support, facilitating scheduling of meetings, interviews and transportation logistics.
    • Experience in administrative or secretarial roles.
    • Expertise in accounting management, preferably using the Danea Easyfatt application.
    • Ability to effectively use word processing, spreadsheet and presentation tools, possibly using the Libreoffice suite.
    • Good understanding and use of the English language, both written and verbal.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a clear and effective approach to managing interpersonal relationships.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, always maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
    • A professional but friendly and positive attitude.
